Hexarelin
Also known as Examorelin, Hexarelin acetate
Hexarelin is one of the most potent GHRPs, producing the strongest GH pulses of any peptide in its class. It also has unique cardioprotective effects. However, it causes rapid receptor desensitization, limiting cycle length.
How it works
Potent GHSR agonist. Uniquely binds CD36 scavenger receptors in cardiac tissue independent of GH release, conferring direct cardioprotective effects. Causes rapid downregulation with prolonged use.

Dosing
100–200 mcg · 1–2x daily
