CJC-1295 (No DAC)
Also known as Modified GRF 1-29, Mod GRF 1-29, CJC-1295 without DAC
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is a modified version of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH). It produces a natural pulsatile GH release when combined with a GHRP, closely mimicking the body's own GH secretion pattern.
How it works
Binds and activates the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating GH secretion in a pulsatile manner. Short half-life preserves natural GH pulsatility when dosed correctly.
Benefits
- Increases natural growth hormone and IGF-1 levels
- Promotes lean muscle mass and strength gains
- Accelerates fat loss, especially visceral fat
- Improves sleep quality and recovery
- Anti-aging effects via GH axis support
- Better lipid profiles
Dosing
100–300 mcg · 1–3x daily (upon waking, pre-workout, before bed)
Always combine with a GHRP (Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6). Inject on empty stomach or 2h post-meal.
Ranges reflect commonly cited research protocols, not a prescription. Dose with a licensed provider.
Reconstitution

Common stacks
Reported side effects
- Water retention (early)
- Tingling/numbness (carpal tunnel-like)
- Increased hunger (less than with DAC)
- Fatigue
Who it’s for
Adults 25+ looking to optimize body composition, recovery, or GH levels without direct HGH. Best combined with a GHRP for synergistic effect.
