BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-amino acid peptide derived from a protective protein found in human gastric juice. It's one of the most researched healing peptides, with remarkable regenerative effects on tendons, ligaments, muscles, nerves, and the GI tract.
How it works
Upregulates growth hormone receptor expression in tendon fibroblasts. Promotes angiogenesis via VEGF pathway. Activates FAK/paxillin signaling for cell migration and tissue repair. Modulates nitric oxide systems.
