Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Helix account and all associated data. Once processed, this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data that will be permanently deleted:
- ×Your account and login credentials
- ×All peptide protocols and dose schedules
- ×Injection logs and dose history
- ×Daily check-in entries (energy, sleep, mood)
- ×Lab reports and uploaded files
- ×Progress tracking data
- ×All personal profile information
Retention period: Accounts are fully deleted within 30 days of your request. No data is retained after deletion.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- Open the Helix app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted
